Yorkies are very smart, so start house-training from the very first day he/she arrives.
Never shout, shake or strike at your yorkie if he/she has an accident.
Always praise the puppy when they are doing the right thing. Be kind and consistent in your training and give your puppy lots of love.
Make sure your yorkie have a few toys with flapping parts. They love to play with rattle toys, balls and ropes. Please make sure the toys you buy are durable and safe.
