Joining a new family is a big change for a little puppy. Make sure the puppy has a cosy place where he will feel safe while adapts.
Yorkies are very clever, curious and active and like to inspect everything. They do not like to be alone and need people and another pet friend around them.
Follow the healthy checklist:
A Yorkie puppy should be playful, alert, inquisitive and eager to greet you.
The puppy’s eyes should be free of discharge, clear and bright. The ears must be free of parasites, dirt and wax. The gums bright pink and the teeth properly aligned. The skin and coat should be glossy, clean with no parasites and no soiling or diarrhoea under the tail.
